Our email addresses are not directly listed on the website in order to reduce unwanted emails and spam.  If you have a general enquiry, please use the Secure Contact form and select from the User Group"New Client Enquiries" or "Existing Client Services", whichever is applicable to you, and one of our respresentatives will be in contact with you shortly.

If you prefer to send us a Private Message, all you need to do is register (enter a username and password) and login.  Our Private Messaging system will instantly create a private mailbox for you.

Phone

We are unable to provide telephone support for enquiries from prospective clients.  We receive hundreds of messages per day from all over the world.  To return all calles requires us to make international calls, crossing several international time zones.  This cost woulud force us to double or triple the cost of our services.  80% of the time where we have returned calls, the party is not at home, or we reach an answering machine.  

The most effective way to contact our office is via our Secure Contact form or Private Messaging system.  Your message is immediately forwarded to the right consultant, which will reply, usually within 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours.

If you are an existing client and would like to speak to one of our consultants, please send us a message and indicate your time zone, a contact telephone number and the best time to call you.
