We provide agency representation, contract management and invoicing services for international contractors, consultants, commercial intermediaries and traders.  We offer you the ability to establish a Hong Kong base in a cost effective way.

SERVICES OFFERED:

• We act as your Agency Representative in Hong Kong (either in our own name as an undisclosed agent, or in the name of your company);
• We draft and enter into contracts for service with all parties involved to legally substantiate the relationship between the parties and the services being rendered;
• We invoice your clients or suppliers and collect commissions or fees for the services provided;
• We remit these commissions or fees to your bank account.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SERVICES:

Our contract management services include project management, formulation of contractual terms and conditions, recommendation of contract forms, execution of contracts, contract administration and process control, dispute resolution and management.

Our agency endeavours to check carefully any contract which arrives at our administration centre to - as far as is possible - protect the contractor.

Business people and independent professionals who are regular contractors will know of the huge number of variations, conditions and clauses contained within contracts.

Our agency undertakes considerable care to try to monitor closely and where necessary correct certain elements of contractual engagements with an eye to:

- Ensure full compliance at ALL times;
- Protect the contractor as far as possible in numerous ways - and
- Ensure that payment is made (by your client) within a reasonable period of time - this period varying from contract to contract.
