How does it work?

The Agency Representative operation requires the conclusion of two contracts:

- A service contract is signed between you or your company, being an independent contractor (consultant, trader, commercial agent, ...) and our Agency for the service you provide for a client company.  We can act either in our own name, as an undisclosed agent, or in the name of your company, being the Principal.

- A service contract is signed between the client company and our Agency.  This is a contract which details the nature and costs of the services to be provided, the place, the start and finish dates for the work, as well as the terms of payment.

Being your Agency Representative, we will coordinate the project and assist with the formulation of contractual terms and conditions, the execution and administration of the contracts, and the process control.

Your client company pays the fees which are invoiced to it by our Agency.  Upon receipt of an invoice, we then pay this money to the consultant or contractor, after deduction of our agency fee.

Straightforward, swift payments to you

We operate a 'pay-when-paid' system, which means as soon as money arrives in our account, we pay you.  This payment is typically transferred the same day.
