Who qualifies?
- Persons involved in international business (commercial intermediaries, sales agents, importers, exporters, traders, wholesalers, ...)
- Person offering their services internationally (consultants, independent contractors, subcontractors, freelancers, recruitment agents, etc...)
EXAMPLES:
- If you buy or sell goods internationally, you could consider appointing us as your Representative Agent. We enter into a 'commercial consulting or agency agreement' with you and a separate one with your client or supplier, and collect sales commissions for you. Our services equally apply to people acting as a commercial intermediary in international trade. We can mange agency contracts for them and collect commissions on their behalf.
- If you are an independent contractor or consultant working internationally, you can offer your services through our agency. We enter into a service agreement with you and an agency agreement with your client, and invoice and collect service fees for you.
- If you own intellectual, industrial or commercial rights (e.g. distribution rights), we can manage those rights on your behalf and collect royalties for you.
EXCLUDED PERSONS:
- Persons who are prohibited under the laws of any country by reason of being a minor or otherwise disqualified from being a party to a contract;
- Persons who are or have been an undischarged bankrupt;
- Persons who have been disqualified from acting as a director in any jurisdiction or been imprisoned or found guilty of any criminal offence (other than a motoring offence carrying a non-custodial sentence) or been proven to have acted in a fraudulent or dishonest manner in any civel proceedings;
- Persons who have been subject to a judicial or other official enquiry and who are resident in a country subject to an embargo imposed by the Security Council of the United Nations or Hong Kong.
