PERMITTED ACTIVITIES:

Our agency can be used for 'service' related transactions, like consulting and contracting services, commercial intermediary services, artistic and creative services, industrial or commercial rights management services, etc.  To sum it up, all activities with added value.  Our role is that of an agent.  We manage contracts, issue invoices and collect fees or commissions for you.  We do not buy, sell or resell any goods.

Each transaction or activity will need to be documented.  We will not act as a Agency Representative for any kind of activity without substance or which cannot be documented.

EXCLUDED ACTIVITIES:

Our Agency Representation Services cannot be used for the following activities:

- trading in arms, weapons or munitions; pornography; trading in security equipment such as stun guns, CS or CN gas, pepper sprays or any other device that could lead to the abuse of human rights or be utilized for torture; mercenary or contract soldier; industrial espionage; hazardous chemicals, biological matter or nuclear materials including the disposal of toxic waste or the dumping of such materials; human or animal organs destined for medical purposes; genetic material; adoption agencies including surrogate motherhood; establishing universities or colleges to provide degrees or qualifications; the provision of credit cards; pyramid sales or time share;

- financial business involving the soliciation of funds from the general public; offering investment advice to the general public; the management of investments;

- for any purposes, which is illegal under the laws of Hong Kong or elsewhere or in any manner whatsoever that may damage the reputation of our company.
